Five Goodwin lawyers have been selected as members of Law360’s 2023 Editorial Advisory Boards. Board members are selected based on their status as subject-matter experts who can provide feedback on Law360’s coverage as well as additional insights on how best to cover each respective practice area.
Goodwin lawyers selected this term include:
Banking Advisory Board: Allison Schoenthal is a partner in Goodwin’s Financial Industry group, co-chair of the Banking and Consumer Financial Services practice, and the New York head of the Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice. She represents banks, trusts, lenders, government-sponsored enterprises, private equity firms, and loan servicers in litigation and enforcement matters.
Fintech Advisory Board: Mitzi Chang is co-chair of Goodwin’s Fintech and Digital Currency & Blockchain practices. She uses her extensive corporate and securities law background to represent public and private companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and investment banks in capital markets transactions, M&A, venture capital financings, SEC reporting, and other general corporate securities matters, with particular expertise in the fintech and blockchain industries.
Global Contracts Advisory Board: Liza Craig is a partner in Goodwin’s Global Trade practice, heading up the firm’s Government Contracts and Grants practice. She counsels clients on all aspects of the procurement process, provides advice related to public contracts in the mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital arenas, and advises on the applicability of laws and regulations to companies of all sizes that receive public funding.
Life Sciences Advisory Board: Arman Oruc is co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice, specializing in antitrust related issues, including regulatory clearance and approval of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, antitrust litigation, and antitrust risks associated with strategic business practices. This is Oruc’s second year serving on Law360’s Life Sciences Editorial Advisory Board.
Media & Entertainment Advisory Board: Neel Chatterjee is a partner in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property practice and formerly served on the firm’s Executive Committee. An internationally recognized technology litigator and trial lawyer, Chatterjee has been at the forefront of the new media entertainment industry and has a long history of advising high-profile parties in multi-million dollar disputes.
