Goodwin has launched an executive compensation practice in the UK, hiring Saba Rais to set up the team in the firm's London office and meet increasing demand in the field, according to Law360. Rais will be tasked with expanding the firm's executive compensation capabilities into the UK, and she will help Goodwin "provide full-service support in this area" to clients, said Patrick Menasco, co-chair of the ERISA and Executive Compensation practice. Rais will help the firm meet the increasing demand for compensation advice from clients in the technology and life sciences sectors. "They want advice on incentive arrangements for their employees, their portfolio companies, or for themselves... it's a whole mix, and that's what makes my practice so exciting and interesting," she said.
