The Paris Technology team advised ITEN, the French specialist in Li-ion ceramic technology, in the context of its €80 million fundraising in order to increase its production capacity.
Founded in 2011 by Fabien Gaben, ITEN is a French manufacturing company that has developed revolutionary micro-batteries that suit every situation, with full control over the production chain from eco-design to manufacturing.
This new funding was led by Bpifrance, through its SPI and PSIM funds, managed on behalf of the French State as part of France 2030, and Groupe SEB, as well as supported by the company's historical investors, EREN Groupe, Habert Dassault Finances and Innovacom. The purpose of this fundraising is to provide ITEN with the resources it needs to achieve its development objectives and position itself as a major French player in the production of Li-ion ceramic micro-batteries with a capacity of several hundred million micro-batteries per year.
The Goodwin team was led by Thomas Dupont-Sentilles on corporate aspects as well as Marie Fillon and Louis de Chezelles on IP aspects.
