Private Equity Advisory Board: Gabrielle Gould is a partner in Goodwin's Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Financial Industry Litigation practices with more than 20 years of experience representing private equity firms, financial institutions and major corporations in federal and state courts, and in arbitrations throughout the United States. She has consistently been recognized as a leading lawyer by The Legal 500 United States and US News Best Lawyers.
Employment Authority Discrimination Advisory Board: Christina Lewis is a partner in Goodwin’s Employment practice and a seasoned employment litigator who has managed dozens of significant cases involving some of the most difficult issues facing employers today, including wage-and-hour class action claims, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, unfair labor practices, and affirmative action. She also handles discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination cases nationwide, in both state and federal courts and agencies.
Massachusetts Advisory Board: Kevin Martin is co-chair of Goodwin’s Appellate Litigation practice. He is based in the firm’s Boston office, where he regularly practices in the federal and state appellate and trial courts. A fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, he has been named a Lawyer of the Year by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, to the Boston Business Journal’s Power 50 list, and has been recognized for excellence by Benchmark Litigation and The Legal 500 United States.
Life Sciences Advisory Board: Arman Oruc is co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice, specializing in antitrust related issues, including regulatory clearance and approval of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, antitrust litigation and antitrust risks associated with strategic business practices. Prior to joining Goodwin, he was part of the founding team of a life sciences company, where his knowledge and experience helped to grow the start-up into a late-stage clinical company.
