Global law firm Goodwin today announced that George Davis joined the Tax practice as a partner, resident in the New York office.

Davis represents financial and strategic clients with respect to federal income tax matters across a variety of industries. He counsels clients on taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, real estate transactions, and restructurings.
Davis follows recent arrivals of tax partners Dulcie Daly and David Irvine in London, Ora Grinberg in Silicon Valley, Steve Clemens in New York, and Oded Schein in Frankfurt.
