Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Jeffrey Letalien joined the firm’s Technology practice, resident in the New York office.

Letalien’s practice is focused on domestic and foreign issuers, underwriters, and investors in diverse transactions, including public and private offerings. He regularly represents buyers and sellers, including private equity funds and SPACs, in connection with disclosure, filing, and other securities law aspects of financing large and complex business combinations. In addition, Letalien regularly counsels public companies with respect to corporate governance, reporting and disclosure obligations, and compliance with complex indenture covenant requirements.
Letalien joins Goodwin at a time of continuous momentum for the firm’s Technology practice. The practice has added more than 140 lawyers since 2019, including partners Jonathan Chou, David Concannon, and Peter Fusco in New York; William Wilson in Washington, D.C.; Josh Zachariah in Boston; Karen Ubell and Andrew Sparks in San Francisco; Stuart Ogg and Micheal Reagan in Silicon Valley; Geoff Ossias in Santa Monica; and Jean Lee in Los Angeles.
