Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Jean A. Lee joined the firm’s Technology M&A practice as a partner, resident in the downtown Los Angeles office.

Lee represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, take-private transactions, divestitures, and corporate governance.
