In the previous two months, Goodwin attorneys advised private investment firm The Watermill Group on a series of three transactions. Most recently, the firm advised Watermill on its acquisition of Quality Metalcraft, Inc. a Michigan-based producer of engineered structural metal components and assemblies. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on July 1, were not disclosed. The firm also previously advised Watermill and its portfolio company Global Tubes in its $200 million sale to AMETEK, and its portfolio company Tenere, Inc. in its acquisition of Mountain Moldings. Both transactions were announced in May.
