In his new position at Goodwin Procter, Nolan brings 10 years of experience in public and private securitization and structured finance, warehouse facilities, asset-backed commercial paper and other related transactions in the United States and abroad.
Nolan has securitized a broad variety of asset classes, including commercial mortgages (conduit loans, single property loans and “mini-pools”), consumer receivables such as automobile loans and leases, aircraft lease portfolios, project finance loans, intellectual property (including entertainment and patent royalties) and esoteric asset classes such as franchise loans, tax liens and statutory reimbursement rights.
