CRED@Goodwin, in collaboration with Women@Goodwin and Pride@Goodwin, invites you to join an “Unprecedented Conversation” with Sabrina Rose-Smith, Partner and Chair of CRED@Goodwin, and Dr. Ella Bell Smith, professor of business administration at Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth and co-author of Our Separate Ways: Black and White Women and the Struggle for Professional Identity.

The fireside chat will give guests an opportunity to explore the myths and realities of communication and candor across difference, as organizations work to achieve an inclusive culture of continuous feedback.
