Boston's Young Real Estate Leaders: The Future of Development in Boston, Cambridge & Somerville

Goodwin will host a panel discussion and networking event for Boston's next generation of developers, lenders, investors, regulators and architects. The panel includes Brian Golden, Director of the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), Iram Farooq, Assistant City Manager for Cambridge and head of its Community Development Office, and George Proakis, Director of Planning for Somerville, who will discuss the strategic planning visions for each respective city, comment on past large-scale development successes, lessons learned and offer advice on proposals for new development to the audience of young real estate leaders. Goodwin's Pat Hurley will participate as a featured speaker.
