Tracking the Green Wave

Our Green Wave map provides a snapshot of the current status of cannabis legalization across the United States. As of November 2024, cannabis is legal for adult use in 24 states and in Washington, DC. It is legal for medical use in 41 states and Washington, DC (including the 17 states where it is only legal for medical use).

In addition to maintaining the map, our Cannabis practice regularly publishes articles to ensure clients are up to date on new regulatory and market developments in this rapidly changing industry.
