Employment – Mid-Level/Senior Associate

Job Details

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (Class of 2022 or earlier) to join our Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting employment-related documents and agreements including employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, policies, and position statements as well as counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues and providing employment-related support for corporate transactions. Experience with employment-related investigations and employment litigation is a plus but not essential.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
