Goodwin seeks a highly qualified senior associate, with 5-7 years of experience, to join our Government Contract subspecialty within our Global Trade practice. The candidate should have experience counseling clients on matters related to the various statutes, cases, rules, regulations, contract clauses and procedures with which any company worldwide must comply when it is doing business at the prime or subcontract level with the government (whether tribal, municipal, state, or federal).
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. District of Columbia bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
