Eliza Reed is a counsel in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Tax group. Her practice primarily focuses on the federal tax aspects of structuring commercial transactions, including real estate and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and other business transactions. She routinely advises clients in connection with the organization and operation of private investment funds, public and private REITs, partnerships and complex joint ventures.

Eliza is a member of the Boston Bar Association. While attending law school, Eliza was an articles editor and a member of the selections committee for the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law.
