Nico Ramos is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Private Equity, Fintech and ERISA practices.
Experience
F1 Holdings Corp. and an investor group led by Gallatin Point Capital LLC on a definitive agreement to sell F1 Holdings Corp. to Stellantis N.V. in an all cash transaction for approximately $285 million.
Professional Experience
Mr. Ramos served as Law Clerk for the Office of the General Counsel at the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (IUBAC) during 2018-2020.
While in law school, Mr. Ramos served as a Staffer and Associate Editor for The Catholic University of America Law Review. He was also an appointed Student Member to The Columbus School of Law Diversity Commission.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ramos served as a Business Manager for Clark Construction Group, LLC, focusing on compliance and diversity initiatives for federal and federally assisted development projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Ramos previously worked in administrative management and minority business enterprise for the construction of the Horseshoe Casino and the MGM National Harbor Casino projects.
