Patrick Park is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the firm’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice. He counsels clients with respect to a broad array of intellectual property matters in connection with their day to day business operations, venture financings, private equity, and M&A transactions.

Professional experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focused on intellectual property litigation (patents & trade secrets). Patrick has represented clients in a wide range of intellectual property areas, including digital and analog hardware, wireless and network technologies, medical devices, as well as standardized technology and RAND claims.
In law school, Patrick was a Judicial Extern for Honorable Andrew Peck at U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
