Jenevieve N. Nutovits

Jenevieve Nutovits is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She joined the firm in 2021.

Jenevieve focuses her practice on representing clients in intellectual property litigation.

While attending law school, Jenevieve was a legal intern in the Health Care Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office. She was a Senior Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and served as the Director of Patents for the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.

Jenevieve is a newly admitted member of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA).

Jenevieve is a contributor to the firm’s Big Molecule Watch, an award-winning blog that reports real-time analysis and updates on regulatory issues, litigation, legislation, and other news in the developing world of biosimilars. She is also a contributor to Goodwin’s PTAB Trial Tracker.
