Felix Krüger is a partner in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Tax group. His practice focuses on the tax aspects of private equity and real estate transactions. He has considerable experience advising on the tax aspects during the life cycle of real estate investments.

Mr. Krüger was admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in 2010 and is a certified tax adviser (Steuerberater) since 2014. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, he practiced at Ashurst, where he was a member of the tax department. Previously he practiced at Mayer Brown (Frankfurt office).
