Timothy Kim is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group and Debt Finance practice. He represents both public and private companies in a variety of debt financings, including senior, mezzanine, and subordinated credit facilities. He also focuses on venture debt transactions for companies in the technology and life science industries and capital call lines for venture capital funds. He joined Goodwin in 2018.

Mr. Kim’s recent debt finance experience includes the following matters:
- $85 million senior secured credit facility to a specialty pharmaceuticals company
- $35 million committed revolving line of credit and $25 million mezzanine term loan facility to a big data analytics company
- $35 million senior secured growth capital facility to a biotechnology company
- $15 million venture debt delayed draw term loan facility to a chemical detection tool manufacturer
