Sona Karakashian is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department, and a member of the firm’s Technology Companies. Sona advises company and investor clients on a variety of corporate and securities matters, with a primary focus on advising emerging growth technology companies and capital markets transactions. Sona joined Goodwin in 2018.

Sona represents companies through every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Sona also advises digital currency and blockchain technology companies with respect to digital token sales and related securities law and regulatory matters, as well as technology companies raising capital through equity crowdfunding on registered funding portals.
