Rob Intile Jr

Rob Intile, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. He concentrates his practice on representing emerging technology and life sciences companies from start-up to IPO. Mr. Intile advises companies in early-stage formation and strategy, venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of securities.

Mr. Intile is a member of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Intile was a theatrical producer in New York where he worked with new musical theatre writers and leading non-profit institutional theatre companies.
