H. David Henken

David Henken, of Counsel in the firm’s Business Law Department, has a general corporate and securities law practice concentrated in the areas of private equity, emerging company representation, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance.

In his private equity practice, Mr. Henken represents venture capitalists, as well as the companies receiving venture capital financing.  He also renders general corporate advice to public and private companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Henken represents clients in leveraged buy-outs, private placements, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and public offerings.
