Kelly Grosshuesch is an associate in the firm’s Litigation department. She joined the firm in 2020.
Kelly focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with experience in multiple areas of technology, including electronics and pharmaceuticals.
Experience
Kelly has been involved in various stages of patent litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings. Some of her recent engagements include:
- Ultravision v. Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic Co., LTD. and Absen, Inc.: Representing Absen in a long-running dispute involving LED display technology.
Professional Experience
While in law school, Kelly was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. Kelly also undertook a legal internship at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
