Jared Fine is a partner in the firm's Technology and Healthcare groups. He provides practical, strategic advice to emerging companies and investors at all stages of the life cycle. Regularly serving as general counsel to clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general corporate and securities law, including company formation and seed, venture capital and growth equity financings.

Jared represents both investors and private and public companies in a variety of industries, including digital health, fintech, marketing technology, retail and consumer products, e-commerce, enterprise services, hardware, robotics and cybersecurity.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Jared served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Peter C. Dorsey of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Jared has been involved in various pro bono matters, including working with the Greater Boston Citizenship Initiative and the firm’s Neighborhood Business Initiative.
