Will Evans joined Goodwin’s Litigation Department in 2019 and is a member of the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation practice. He has experience across a range of substantive areas, including constitutional law; securities, fiduciary duty, and mergers and acquisitions law; intellectual property law; and administrative law. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, including matters involving immigration, public housing, civil rights, and prisoners’ rights.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Will was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
