Frank DelPesce is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and is a member of the firm’s Digital Currency & Blockchain Technology group, as well as the Private Investment Litigation group. His practice involves representing clients in a broad range of complex business disputes and litigation, including business torts, fraud, and breaches of contract.
Frank’s practice also involves representing clients in internal and governmental investigations, including investigations brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

Professional Experience
Prior to attending law school, Frank worked in anti-money laundering compliance and risk management for various institutions, including J.P. Morgan Chase and Commerzbank AG where he conducted KYC due diligence on new clients, routinely monitored existing clients, and conducted global sanctions screening in accordance with applicable regulations.
Frank also worked at SS&C Technologies where he conducted quality assurance compliance reviews for over 30 private equity funds.
While in law school, Frank interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission and was a summer associate at Goodwin.
