Ortal Ben Aharon is an associate in Goodwin’s Antitrust and Competition Law practice. Her practice focuses on helping companies obtain clearance for proposed transactions from the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. She also counsels clients in assessing the potential antitrust risk of transactions as well as reportability under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR).
