Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named partner Caroline Bullerjahn to its Top Women of Law list for 2022. This annual award honors exceptional female lawyers who are pioneers, educators, trailblazers and role models throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Bullerjahn is a partner in Goodwin’s Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense practice and a leader of the firm’s Life Sciences Disputes group in Boston. She focuses her securities litigation practice on class action and derivative litigation defense; SEC and other government, regulatory and internal investigations; fiduciary duty claims, corporate governance matters, and shareholder disputes; M&A-related litigation and post-closing disputes; and SPAC litigation.
Bullerjahn is a member of the firm’s Partnership Committee and is co-chair of the firm’s Boston chapter of Women@Goodwin, the firm’s women’s initiative that provides support and mentoring to women lawyers. Through these roles, she works hard to provide an example for female associates and sense of community for women at the firm. She also supports women lawyers in the development and advancement of their careers through mentorship, training, and programming.
Bullerjahn has also recently taken on the role of Co-Chair of Goodwin’s Dobbs Task Force, which the firm formed shortly after the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The Task Force brings together cross-disciplinary expertise from across the firm to advise on areas of law that are anticipated to be most impacted by the Dobbs decision, including health law, benefits, data privacy, employment, enforcement, and FDA.
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly will honor Bullerjahn at an event in Boston on November 16.
