Semple has over 15 years’ experience operating in the real estate transactions space across multiple jurisdictions. He advises on all aspects and at all stages of domestic and cross-border real estate finance matters, including in respect of origination, lending, syndication, securitisation, refinancing, and distressed debt investing (acquisition, management, and disposal). He also handles debt restructuring matters, which Goodwin anticipates to be an area with increased client interest given the ongoing economic challenges precipitated by the current pandemic. He has repeatedly been ranked in leading legal directories including Chambers UK 2020 and Legal 500 UK 2020.
