Jordan Yellen is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and Asset Management Transactions practice. Jordan represents a range of financial services firms including asset and wealth managers, private equity funds and venture capital funds. Jordan’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and minority investments.

- The Agility OCIO management team in Perella Weinberg’s sale of the Agility OCIO business to Cerity Partners
- Tinicum Incorporated in its sale of portfolio company PLX, Inc.
- Macquarie Capital in a minority equity investment
- Performance Equity Management in its sale to Sagard
- TA Associates in its preferred investment into Cliffwater
- Bridgeworth Wealth Management, a wealth management firm with approximately $2.2 billion in assets under management, in its sale to Savant Wealth Management
