Riley Wyberg is an associate in Goodwin’s Litigation department. He joined the firm in 2024.
Professional Experience
Riley focuses his practice primarily on a variety of intellectual property matters, leveraging his background in Materials Science to serve clients across industries. He has experience in various stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, mediation, and motion practice. Recent representative matters include:
- Trade secret litigation for pharmaceutical client
- Bankruptcy litigation for financial services client
Riley is a contributor to the firm’s Big Molecule Watch, an award-winning blog that reports real-time analysis and updates on regulatory issues, litigation, legislation, and other news in the developing world of biosimilars. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, including working with the New England Innocence Project, the Advocates for Human Rights, and the GLAD Name Change Project.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Riley was an extern at the Rockingham County Superior Court where he assisted Justice David W. Ruoff with various civil and criminal matters and an intern at Harman International where he assisted their legal department with a wide variety of in-house intellectual property issues.
During law school, Riley was a Senior Editor on IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property.
