Arielle S. Whiting

Arielle Whiting is a counsel in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice. She joined Goodwin in 2007.

Ms. Whiting focuses her practice on all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity funds.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Whiting was an associate in the fund services practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Before that, she was an associate in the tax group at Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York.

While attending law school, Ms. Whiting was an editor of the Journal of Law & Social Problems.
