Qingyi (Ree) Wang

Qingyi (Ree) Wang is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice.

Ms. Wang’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of venture capital, growth equity and private equity funds. Ms. Wang has significant experience counseling established and emerging fund sponsors across a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare and secondaries transactions.  As fund counsel, Ms. Wang also advises fund sponsors on all aspects of internal governance and ongoing operational matters such as economic arrangements, succession planning, separation and compliance.  In addition, Ms. Wang represents institutional clients in connection with investments in venture capital and private equity funds. Ms. Wang joined Goodwin in 2018.
