Sravan Tumuluri is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Sravan’s IP litigation practices focuses on representing plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement and trade secret matters. Sravan has experience in handling matters from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation and trial at the ITC. His experience also includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in US District Courts and at the PTAB. As a former software engineer, he excels at navigating and understanding complex patents and technology and using that understanding to craft sophisticated legal arguments.

Professional Experience
Sravan joined Goodwin in 2023. In 2020-2023, he worked at another law firm representing and working with west coast software and tech companies, such as Google, Meta and Silicon Valley startups.
While attending law school, Sravan interned at the Federal Communications Commission and served as an Articles Editor for the George Mason Civil Rights Law Journal.
