Claire Treesh is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group. Claire represents clients across the life sciences industry, including public companies, private companies and investment banks.
Claire’s work extends throughout the corporate life cycle, with a focus on capital market transactions, such as IPOs, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings and private placements of equity securities. Claire also counsels a number of publicly traded companies in ongoing SEC compliance and corporate governance matters.
