Andrew Smith is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Real Estate Industry group. He joined the firm in 2019.
Andrew is admitted to practice in California and Georgia only; his application to the DC bar is pending. His practice is supervised by DC-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.

Professional Experience
During his time at Goodwin, Andrew has assisted in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a member of the real estate finance team at Alston & Bird LLP. While in law school, Andrew contributed to the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review as an associate editor. He also volunteered as an admissions office ambassador and served on the Law School Student Senate.
