Samira Seraji is an associate in the Business Law department.
Samira’s practice focuses on representing both public and private high-growth companies. Their work with companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including company formation and entity selection, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings of equity and debt securities, and initial public offerings.
Experience
Samira has represented many high-profile companies in their IPO process, including Poshmark, Doximity, and Marqeta (Company side), and Blend (representing Goldman Sachs as the underwriter).
Samira has worked on over 20 high-value company-side financings, including a $220 million Series E financing for Rocket Lawyer, Inc, a $150 million Series C financing for Persona Identities, Inc., and a $110 million Series D financing for Workato, Inc.
