Angelyna is an Associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Angelyna’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and the representation of portfolio and early-stage companies, while also handling a wide range of general corporate matters in a broad range of industries.
