Samantha Seidner

Samantha (Sam) Seidner is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2023.

Prior to law school, Sam worked at Analysis Group, Inc. economic consulting firm as an economic analyst. Sam also worked at DLA Piper LLP as a Case Assistant in the Corporate Department.

While attending law school, Sam gained in-house legal experience working in the legal department of a Fintech company. Sam also served as a member and competitor of Berkeley Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, as a member of the Executive Board of the Berkeley Business Law Journal, and as a research assistant for Professor Grennan, focused on the regulatory challenges of cryptocurrency.
