Haley Schubert-Nieh is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2023.

While attending law school, Haley gained in-house legal experience working in the legal and privacy departments of a multinational financial services and software as a service (SaaS) company.
Professional Activities
Haley is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley. She serves as a committee member of the venture capital committee.
Professional Experience
While attending law school, Haley served as the Managing Editor Online of Santa Clara’s High Tech Law Journal. Haley was also a fellow at the Panetta Institute during law school. Prior to law school, she also worked on Capitol Hill in Representative Eric Swalwell’s office as well as worked at former Vice President Al Gore’s non-profit, The Climate Reality Project in Washington, D.C.
