Jochen Schnepper is a member of the Real Estate Finance & Restructurings practice, and its Financial industry group. He focuses his banking practice on real estate finance transactions, acting for family offices, private equity firms, debt funds, and other institutional investors. He advises on senior / mezzanine structures, domestic and cross-border financings and has expertise in different types of financing products, including credit agreements, Schuldschein-loans, debt capital markets and hybrid instruments. He also advises on leverage and buy-out finance.
Recently, Jochen Schnepper has dedicated a considerable part of his practice to financial restructurings, distressed debt investing, and other special situations.
