- Accel-KKR and its portfolio company, PayProp, on its merger with Reapit to create a leading property technology solution provider delivering greater value and innovation to estate and letting agents worldwide
- Graphite Capital on its acquisition of Storal Learning, one of the highest-quality nursery operators in the UK
- Aurelius on the sale of the online pharmacy division of its portfolio company, LloydsPharmacy group, to Pharmacy2U Ltd
- Eleven Software on its acquisition of AirAngel, a UK-based purpose-built platform that enables Wi-Fi connectivity in the hospitality sector
- H.I.G. Capital on its acquisition of CLC Group, a leading UK provider of property and asset refurbishment
