Alex Reda

Alex Reda is an associate in the Private Investment Funds practice in Goodwin’s Santa Monica office. 

Alex advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across a number of asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity and hedge funds. He works for a variety of both experienced and first-time fund managers, utilizing different partnership and corporate structures in a range of jurisdictions. He also acts on behalf of leading investors for their investments into a range of mega-funds.

Alex has been admitted to the practice of law in England and Wales only. Alex is not admitted in California and is working under the supervision of Goodwin Procter attorneys admitted to practice in California.
