- Natixis on the €174 million sale of its residual stake in Coface in an accelerated bookbuilt offering.*
- Bouygues on the €2,078m sale of Alstom shares in three accelerated bookbuilt offerings, on Alstom’s rights’ issue, €49m cash neutral “tail swallow” transaction and the innovative €462m forward sale of Alstom shares through a “forward ABO”.*
- Europcar Mobility Group on its €1.1bn notes equitization, €250m rights issue and 550 million share subscription warrants issue in the context of its financial restructuring.*
