Justine Park is an associate in Goodwin’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice and Business Law department and assists with a wide range of compensation and benefits matters. Justine has experience working as an intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, during which time she examined Form 10-K Part III filings and participated in investigations and enforcement actions against alleged violations of federal securities law and PCAOB standards.
