Ali O'Keeffe

Ali O’Keeffe is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and is a member of the Private Equity and Debt Finance groups. Ali primarily represents borrowers across a wide variety of financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, structured financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructurings. Ali has broad experience representing clients in the private equity, healthcare, industrials, technology, financial services and software industries. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2024, Ali was an associate at other international law firms in New York and Boston.
