Nina Ngo is counsel in Goodwin’s Employment group within the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
She regularly advises clients on the labor and employment aspects of buy-side and sell-side corporate mergers and acquisitions, including issues relating to employee classification, wage and hour compliance, union organizing, works council consultation, and employment-related claims. Her clients span a range of industries, including private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, life science companies, and technology start-ups.
Nina also counsels clients of all sizes on employee matters, including on executive employment arrangements, severance agreements, independent contractor agreements, restrictive covenants, employee discipline; sexual harassment and employment discrimination; wage and hour law compliance; employee classification, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation, recruiting, employment terminations and layoffs.
She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area and is fluent in Cantonese.
