Meredith Lussier is a senior associate in Goodwin's Philadelphia office and is a member of the firm's Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice and Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Meredith advises companies and multinational organizations on complex and cutting-edge issues related to cybersecurity and data privacy, with a focus on data breach response – including ransomware attacks – and regulatory investigations, including those from state Attorneys General and the Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Civil Rights. Meredith also advises clients on compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), among other key privacy and security frameworks. Additionally, Meredith helps clients with cyber readiness by preparing and implementing tabletop exercises, cyber playbooks and incident response plans. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including the private equity, technology, communications, energy, healthcare, and life sciences.
