Experience
Dina Ljekperic is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, with a focus on securities litigation, white collar matters, and internal investigations. Dina represents individuals and entities in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters before the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also has diverse litigation experience representing clients in federal courts, including authoring and contributing to numerous briefs and dispositive motions.
Dina also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has assisted clients in immigration matters, as well as represented clients in pro bono appeals and amicus briefs in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Dina was an associate in the Securities Litigation practice at Jones Day.
While in law school, Dina served as Managing Editor of the California Law Review, and as an articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of Law and Technology. She also interned at the Wikimedia Foundation and volunteered with the California Asylum Representation Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Dina was an Investigative Analyst in the Public Corruption Unit of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
